Donation, Ticket and other Services/Events Sales, and Sponsorship Terms of Service for Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre

1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a donation, purchasing tickets for events, payment of services, or entering into a sponsorship agreement with Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Donation, Ticket and other Services Sales, and Sponsorship Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from making donations, purchasing tickets, or entering into sponsorship agreements with us.
2. Donations
a. Voluntary Contributions: Donations to Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre are voluntary and a non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
b. Tax Deductibility: Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre will issue donation receipts for tax purposes, subject to compliance with applicable tax regulations as per Canada Revenue Authority Guidelines.
3. Ticket and Other Services Sales
a. Purchase and Refund Policy: Tickets for events organized by Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
b. Event and Services Cancellation: In the event of a cancellation decisioned by Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre will offer refunds or alternatives at its discretion. However, if the event that it is impossible for Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre to proceed with or carry out any of its events/classes in whole or in part, due to any act of Bhagwan (God), acts or decrees of the governments (Federal, Provincial, Municipal) natural disasters, epidemic, pandemic, or any other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre and as a result thereof if Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre has to delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel any events and services, Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the attendee in that regard
4. Sponsorship
a. Agreement: Sponsorship agreements with Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre will be formalized by outlining the terms and conditions, including sponsorship benefits and obligations.
b. Payment Terms: Sponsors are expected to adhere to payment terms specified in the sponsorship agreement.
5. Intellectual Property & Notice of Photography
a. Use of Logo and Branding: Sponsors and donors agree to use Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre’s logo and branding materials only as outlined in the respective agreements and with prior written consent.
b. All live stream recordings, video recordings, and images that are captured and subsequently shared by Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre on our various social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, WhatsApp, YouTube and our website) encompass religious ceremonies, classes, cultural events, and community gatherings. These materials are the exclusive property of Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre and are subject to the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International License. c. Please be advised that by participating in our events, attendees implicitly consent to the capture and use of photographs, including live stream recordings and video recordings, by Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre for promotional and documentation purposes, subject to the terms of a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 4.0 International License. If you do not wish to be captured in photographs and videos, kindly let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference.
6. Changes to Terms
Radha Krishna Mandir & Cultural Centre reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services or participation in events constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and Ontario.
